This Week in Philadelphia (TWIP) for 11-24
The best thing happening this week is BlobLive, a get-together-sharing-ideas-with-a-mic night put on by IdeaBlob, inspired by Advanta, and one of the best uses of Nickelodeon Gak I've ever seen. (At least, I think that's what it is.)
If you can't make it in person on Monday, you can follow it live at bloblive.com/watch or follow it on Twitter.com/ideablob and tag your tweet #bloblive to join the discussion.
Of course, if you're only watching from you PC, then you aren't really networking, are you?
Speaking of Twitter, I highly recommend it as a networking tool. Like LinkedIn and other social media tools, it keeps you plugged into your network of connections. It is also a fabulous way of learning about new events, new concerts, breaking news, and just the general zeitgeist.
That's about it for this week in Philadelphia. Next week in Philadelphia is going to be very busy. Happy Thanksgiving!
