This Week in Philadelphia (TWIP) for 4-26

Some the events I'm listing here are a little farther afield than usual, but they looked too interesting to let go unnoticed. Fairleigh Dickinson University, for example, is holding its 2009 Innovation Summit. Closer to home, the Mashable/Indy Hall mashup is bound to be the place to be this coming Friday, followed on Saturday by IgnitePhilly, which apparently will feature a presentation by the ever-popular Two Guys on Beer.
