If you are feeling stressed out about your networking, Wayne Presbyterian's weekly career networking group is holding an "Attitude Maintenance & Stress Management" session on Monday. A Licensed Counseling Psychologist, a Stress Management Specialist & certified Yoga Therapist (not sure if that is one, two or three people) will be on hand to demonstrate some proven strategies for positive self-talk to boost your mood, improve your outlook, and keep you moving forward. Further, you’ll learn techniques for deep relaxation and understand the important relationship between sleep, nutrition, and stress.
